Can this convert old Word DOC files?
The converter accepts DOCX, not the older binary DOC format. Open a legacy document in Word or another compatible editor, save it as .docx, and upload that file. Review the conversion if the document uses complex layouts.
Which Word formatting is retained in Markdown?
Supported headings, lists, links, and tables are converted into editable Markdown. Page design, fonts, and embedded images are not reproduced. Use heading styles in the source document to make the resulting structure easier to reuse.
Do I need a Chatbyte account?

How is my content processed?
